Windows install media sees it but won't allow format/new partition ? Question NVMe SSD shows up in BIOS, doesn't show up in diskpart, can't initialize it. Its updated to the lastest, there are no further updates for anything else as of now. There's only 40 GB's, there are quite a few big programs on it, however, I do plan on uninstalling them, but even then it wouldn't really be more than a couple of GB's. I'm on windows 10 (64 bit), so a lot of the guides I've found have not helped. This is a major problem, because there's not much space left on my SSD. The installer doesn't let me choose where to install. How do I install programs onto the HDD? I know how to download files onto the D: drive, but the issue I'm having is, when I download the "Lightshot" (screenshot software) installer, even though it's on the D: drive, it installs to the C: drive. The SSD is the OS/boot drive, and the HDD is the D: drive (its completely empty)
